SHIPPING POLICY

By placing an order through our website, you are consenting to the terms and conditions detailed below. These terms have been developed to ensure clarity and agreement between both parties, and to establish expectations for the service we provide, ensuring mutual protection.

GENERAL

Although we strive to maintain precise stock records on our website, there may be instances where discrepancies occur. If we are unable to fulfill your entire order due to a shortage of stock, we will dispatch the available products and reach out to you to determine whether you would like to wait for the out-of-stock item to be restocked or if you prefer to receive a refund

SHIPPING COSTS

At the time of checkout, the shipping fee will be calculated based on the dimensions, weight, and destination of the items in the order. The customer will be responsible for paying the shipping fee in addition to the purchase price. The final amount charged for shipping will be the complete cost of shipping.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

RETURNS

If you change your mind about a product, Pharmacy Online  allows returns as long as you request a return within 5 to 7 days of receiving the item, and the product is in its original packaging, unused, and in a condition that can be resold. The cost of return shipping and arranging the return shipment is the responsibility of the customer. After we have received and approved the return, we will process a refund in the form of store credit. You will be notified via email when the process is complete. Please be aware that only the value of the returned merchandise will be refunded and not the shipping charges paid.

WARRANTY RETURNS

Pharmacy  Online  is dedicated to upholding all legitimate warranty claims. To be eligible for a warranty claim, customers must file a claim within 90 days of receiving their products. Customers are required to pre-pay the return shipping costs, but Pharmacy Online  will refund the amount upon a successful warranty claim. Once the items are received for a warranty claim, Pharmacy Online  will evaluate the claim within 7 days. If the warranty claim is validated, customers will have the option to receive a refund to their payment method, store credit refund, or a replacement item (if it is available in stock).
